A Term gift Project – Early Detection Early Prevention

On the occasion of his 60th Birthday, Rtn Pramod Agrawal donated an Endoscopy Machine in Tata Memorial Center ACTREC which is a Premier research organisation for the cure of Cancer.

The Video Endoscopy system will be used for Upper Gastro Intestnal (GI) and Lower GI endoscopy for Diagnostic and therapeutic purpose for patients with GI malignancy as a Primary or Secondary lesion and also co morbidities and drug related GI side effects like ulcerations. The equipment will be used on patients being treated at ACTREC as indicated as well as those patients who are referred from TMH, Parel specifically for endoscopy. Nearly 700 patients will benefit in a year. The project is Sustainable for at least next seven years and is worth USD 58,000.
