1. The President Mahendra Sundesha to call the meeting to order.
2. To confirm attendance and apologies.
3. To confirm the minutes of the last Board meeting held on 26th September 2014 and to discuss matters arising out of the minutes, if any.
4. To record and applaud the Diwali party hosted by Rtn Mahendra and Leena Gandhi.
5. To discuss the TRF offer launched by District 3140 team to promote contributions to Rotary Foundation.
6. To consider Membership Applications of Sarla Parekh and Malini Shroff.
7. To discuss the outcome of Joint Meeting of October 10th 2014 handing over Vocational Awards to PDG Dr. Manoj Desai, Rtn Indu Shahani and Ms. Juhi Chawla.
8. To record giving of Vocational Service Award to Mr. Pawan Chowdhary in regular meeting of Wednesday, 29th October 2014.
9. To approve payments to Kanyashala, Ghatkopar of Rs.1,00,000/- and balance payments to Mahaveer Viklang Sahayta Kendra for the Jaipur foot Project of Rs.3,05,000/- + Rs.75,000/- Total=Rs.3,80,000/-.
10. To discuss and plan out the Pre OCV and the OCV on 19th November and10th December 2014 [Hall Booking WIAA Malabar Hill Club. Booking amt paid – Rs.26,500/- (Drinks & Dinner) ]
11. Discussion & Approval of Balance Sheet of the year 2013-2014 – By Rtn. Janak Bhimani & Rtn. Rajul Parikh.
12. Rtn. Kamal Kothari Interact Club activities & Balance Sheet
13. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
