The next meeting of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Cuffe Parade will beheld on Friday  26^th September 2014 at 6.15 pm at Samrat Restaurant

Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020.

                                       AGENDA

1.        The President to call the meeting to order.

2.        To record attendance and apologies.

3.        To confirm minutes of the last meeting held on 20^th August 2014

and discuss matters arising out of the minutes, if any.

4.        To discuss the Jaipur Foot Project and its implementation.

Funds collected for 152 Jaipur Foots.

5.        To record donation of Wheel Chair to Mahavir Viklang

Sahayta Samiti.

6.   To discuss details of yearly subscriptions received from members.

         7.  To discuss collection of funds from the Aurangabad visit from members

               and to record receipt from Rtn Rajendra Sah for Rs. 25,000 to augment the collection. To consider a worthy project with a                      focus on education  to the needy and invite the Darda family to inaugurate such a project. 

        8.   To discuss the Global Grant which is at inception stage.

          9.  To discuss Jammu and Kashmir Flood Relief Project.

10.       To consider participating in a joint programme with other Rotary Clubs

to felicitate Rtn Manoj Desai at a cost of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 50,000 on

October 10, 2014\

11.Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
