The next meeting of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Cuffe Parade shall be held on Wednesday, 20th August 2014 at 5 p.m at Samrat Restaurant, Churchgate Mumbai 400 020.

  AGENDA

1.The President to call the meeting to order.

2. To record attendance  & apologies.

3. To confirm the minutes of the previous Board meeting held on 25th July

     2014 and discuss matters arising out of the minutes, if any.

4. To record the implementation of the following Project : 

     Cancer Screening Camp- in concert with Rotary Club of Mumbai Mahim- held    

      on 4th August 2014

5. To record resolution of the Club Subscription Issue.        

6. To record Rotaract Club of Khalsa College installation. 

7. Club visit to Aurangabad- 14th to 17th August 2014.

8. To discuss matters arising out of TRF Seminar on 9th August 2014.

9. To approve giving vocational award to Mr. Pawan Chowdhary in September 2014.

10.To discuss implementation of a) Jaipur Foot Project, b) Kanyashala project

      c) Mid Day meal,  d) Burn Surgery and e) Project Smile. 

11.  Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
