Notice is hereby given that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Cuffe Parade, will be held on Thurday, October  17th, 2013 at  CCI Club, Mumbai at 6.30 pm to inter alia transact the following business:

Agenda

• The President to call the meeting to order.
• To record attendance and apologies.
• To confirm the minutes of the last meeting held on September 20,and  discuss matters arising out of the minutes.
• To discuss the case of Rohit Jindal’s  membership.
• To update the board on Darshana Doshi’s DG nomination for 16-17.
• To update the board on proposing names of Rtn. Yogesh Jesrani and Rtn. Ashiq  for the nominating committee of 16-17.
• To review Quarterly accounts and outstanding dues.
• To discuss the Diwali party.
• To review attendance over a 3 month period for BOD meetings and regular meetings.
• To discuss cases of members where attendance was below 50%.
• Project updates :-

            -Global Grant Project -  visit to Shilonda
            -Rotary Kutir
            -To discuss upcoming Jaipur Foot Camp and Burn surgery camp    

• Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
